A letter from Terri at Colourway about Covid-19 delivery delays.I must offer our apologies to any customers waiting on Felted Tweed and other yarn orders. There have been delays in deliveries to the UK warehouse from Italy (understandably) but we are told that much of our back-order should be arriving early this week, As I am disappearing rapidly beneath masses of parcels awaiting dispatch, from Tuesday onwards I will be sending out part orders rather than waiting for complete orders to be ready, and then as soon as any yarns still missing arrive sending them out straight away. You will of course be notified that your parcel has been dispatched and what will be following shortly. If you decide to look elsewhere to see if you can get hold of colours missing from your order, please contact us before actually ordering them as we may have already received them, we will be getting deliveries most days. I am in the shop on 01994 241333 most of the time, even though we are closed to foot traffic, as I am very busy with mail order but it might be easier to e-mail with any queries on shop@colourway.co.uk as the phone can get quite busy .

Covid 19 update Although we have had to close our Whitland store we are still offering our full internet and mail order service so very much business as usual on that front. We are always happy to answer you queries by email or telephone during normal business hours, and are very pleased to see such a positive response to the new Lisa Richardson KAL (see bottom of page.) In order to do our bit in these 'keep calm and carry on' times, recent increases in UK postal rates will be absorbed by us until the crisis is over, and with overseas rate changes we will do our best to ameliorate them as much as possible.
