We accept credit/debit card payments by Mastercard and Visa. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or snail mail but the information you give online is securely encrypted to the satisfaction of our Merchant Services provide (Barclays Bank)r. We guarantee that your details will not be passed on to any other organisation.
UK orders are sent by first class post unless an alternative is specially requested by fax, phone or e-mail. European deliveries (EU and non-EU) are sent by European air mail small packet, (parcels weighing in excess of 2 kg will be split into two or more smaller parcels). EU customers should check the VAT payable box on the order form.
Zone 1 countries (including America, Canada etc) are sent World Zone 1 small packet air-mail.
Zone 2 countries (Australia, China etc.) are charged at World Zone 2 small packet air-mail rates. A small surcharge is made to cover the costs of packaging materials and collection.
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days of order (21 days Zone 2) please contact us - but please bear in mind that additional delays are now becoming more common because of increased security checks. You will be informed if there is any delay in obtaining stocks of any product that we run out of, or that we do not have sufficient of one dye lot in stock to satisfy your order.
